The Clifton Estate has three homes on the property; two smaller houses, and the main house. Also on the property are stables, tractor barn, pig barn, small chicken coops, slaughterhouse, boathouse, smokehouse, wash house, and bomb shelter! There is a forest on the property that is a safe haven for creatures of mother earth, creating an abundance of wildlife. Deer can be seen almost every night at dusk running about in the pasture overlooking the Manokin River. Occasionally, turkeys can be seen crossing the driveway trying to reach the safe haven of the forest. As of late, a family of Eagles has built a nest on the treetops in the forest as well. Among the many other attractions on the Clifton Estate are a full sized pool with diving board overlooking a beautiful rose garden. On the other side of the main house is a tennis court. As well as being a haven for wildlife, Clifton also has an plethora of plant life. There are boxwoods, rose gardens, and huge, old magnolia trees.
